Each pen is carefully packaged before shipping to ensure it arrives in good condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

While I do my best to ship orders promptly, I cannot guarantee delivery dates and am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your item has been signed, personalized, or shipped, I can no longer make changes or cancel the order.
