Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your item has been signed, personalized, or shipped, I can no longer make changes or cancel the order.
