Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your item has been signed, personalized, or shipped, I can no longer make changes or cancel the order.
Bookmark-Only Orders – Free Standard Letter Mail (No Tracking)
Free shipping is available for bookmark-only orders shipped within the United States using USPS Standard Letter Mail.
Because this service does not include tracking or insurance, delivery updates are unavailable.
If your bookmark doesn't arrive, please reach out to rowan@rowanfiscal.com. I'll happily review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
If you'd like tracking and added peace of mind, USPS Ground Advantage is available at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
